Frequently Asked Questions

"Do you work with Figma / design systems / code?"

Yes. I use Figma daily, and I’m comfortable creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems. I’ve worked across local and white-label systems. I also use code when it helps test behaviors or communicate better with devs.

But tools are just tools.

"What kind of environment do you thrive in?"

One where people listen more than they perform. Where design is collaborative, but not a popularity contest.

Where there’s room to think before reacting, and difference is seen as strength, not friction.

"Why would you want to work with our company?"

Because I still believe good design can reduce harm, create clarity, and make systems more livable. Mostly, though, I want to work with people who value clarity, care, and thoughtful disagreement.

Also? Life is expensive. Let’s be honest about that too.

"How do you handle feedback?"

I welcome it, especially when it’s about decisions and tradeoffs, not just UI details. I also give feedback early and kindly.

I’d rather support alignment than fix silence after the fact.

I may not speak like you. I may not work like you. That’s okay.

Communication is important, but understanding is everything.
I do my best work in teams where people listen to understand, not just to respond.
Reach out if that sounds like your kind of collaboration.
